What is JobBloom?

JobBloom is a job search engine that finds open roles straight from company career sites. You describe the job you want in plain English, and JobBloom does the searching for you.

No endless filters. No scrolling through reposted listings. Just type something like:

Remote product designer roles in Europe

and get a list of matching jobs.

Every link is checked

Before a job shows up in your results, JobBloom checks that the posting is still live. If a page is gone, redirects to a general careers page or says the role is closed, it's removed.

So when you click "Apply", there's a real job on the other side.

Jobs from the places companies actually post

Many companies post jobs on their own career sites first, using hiring platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday. JobBloom searches these sources directly, so you see roles as companies list them.

You can also narrow your search:

• By board: pick which job platforms to include

• By location: search a country, a region, or worldwide

• By date: focus on recently posted roles

Know which jobs fit you best

Every result comes with a match score, so you can see how well a role fits what you asked for. Each job also shows whether it's remote, hybrid, or on-site, the job type, and when it was posted, so you can decide quickly.

Reach the people hiring

Applying is only half the job. JobBloom helps you find recruiters and people at the company on LinkedIn, so you can send a short message instead of waiting in the pile.
