How JobBloom works

Describe the role you want. JobBloom searches supported job boards and brings relevant matches together, without requiring an account.

Describe your next role

Enter a job title or career field, your skills, experience level, and any work preferences. A broad request such as “finance roles” works, while details such as “entry-level finance roles with Excel” help distinguish closer matches.

Choose where to search

Use the location selector to choose a country, continent, or region. Your selection guides the search query and ranking. Leave it on Anywhere to use the location in your prompt. The selector takes precedence if your prompt names a conflicting location.

Remote work can still have country, time-zone, or work-authorization restrictions. JobBloom includes your selected geography in the search; check the employer’s listing to confirm eligibility.

Review AI-ranked job matches

JobBloom converts your preferences into a web-search query across your selected boards, then structures and ranks matching listings. Results show the role, company, location, summary, and source link. Match scores help prioritize review and do not predict whether an employer will hire you.

Apply through the original listing

Open “View role” to read the full posting and apply on the employer or job board’s website. JobBloom checks saved links for availability, but postings can change or close between checks. Verify requirements and application instructions at the source.

You can share a saved search with WhatsApp, X, or a copied link. Shared results preserve the geographic scope used for that search.
